Banana and oats bake with each other to make simple breakfast cookies that yummy like banana bread!
If desired you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans
Place oats in blender or food processor and mix until oats become the consistency of bread; it's okay if it's not perfectly soil.
In large bowl check these guys out mixed mashed banana oats till smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; sew a little using a rubber spatula. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Makes about 16 biscuits.
